MagellanWriter was
created to take advantage of the many new uses of Digital Ink from a
Tablet PC. We have bundled its technology in our Magellan EMR
product to help medical practicioners more easily document patient
cases, notes and encounters. After the Magellan EMR product was
completed, we had many requests for the Writer to be a standalone
application. While making MagellanWriter a standalone application,
we also added the ability for the program to be used on both desktop
and Tablet PC making it more universally useable and adding value to
the application for all users.
